Georgina Rodriguez went from earning £200 per week working in retail to becoming one of the most famous footballers' girlfriends after meeting Cristiano Ronaldo.

But it was a fortuitous encounter with the former Real Madrid star that started it all, and she owes it all to her shop job.

Georgina Rodriguez, who is she?

Georgina Rodriguez is an Argentine-Spanish model. She's modelled for women's online fast-fashion brand Boohoo and has been in all of the major magazines, including Grazia, Glamour, and Women's Health.

Rodriguez, the daughter of an Argentine father and a Spanish mother, was born and raised in the Spanish small town of Jaca on January 27, 1994, making her 27 years old this year on 27th January, 2021 and nine years younger than Ronaldo.

Rodriguez has always had a flair for the finer things in life, having worked for Gucci in Madrid. To be able to work there, she needed to learn English, so she worked as a nanny in England for a while before returning to Spain to secure the position.

She first grabbed the eye of the then-Real Madrid footballer while working in this role at a Dolce & Gabbana event. According to The Sun, they had a second chance encounter at another occasion, where Rodriguez said they were able to converse in a more casual manner.

Ronaldo and Rodriguez were first pictured in public appearing in love in 2016, when they were snapped joining arms and looking quite close at Disneyland Paris by an Italian magazine.

Rodriguez had to abandon her job in luxury retail once it became clear that the two were dating. Soon after, she began modeling.

In total, Ronaldo is the father of four children. On the 17th of June, 2010, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. was born. Ronaldo has full custody of his son, whose mother is unknown. Then there are the twins Eva and Mateo, who were purportedly delivered in June 2017 in America to a surrogate mother.

Alana Martina, Rodriguez's first daughter and Ronaldo's fourth child, was born on November 12, 2017.

Rodriguez is Ronaldo's three children's adoptive mother, as well as their own daughter, Alana.

Rodriguez shared a photo of the four kids and Ronaldo celebrating Eva and Mateo's third birthdays on Instagram on June 5th.

She posted as "Happy day and happy life. Mamá and Papá will always fight for you and your dreams. We adore you." This is what it means: "It's a good day, and it's a happy life. Mom and Dad will always advocate for your aspirations. We are devoted to you."


On the 17th of June, she shared a series of photos of her family celebrating Cristiano Ronaldo Jr.'s birthday at a theme park, complete with a massive football-themed cake.
