Antonio Conte Plans A Massive January Buying Spree And Has Requested Various Players



Antonio Conte is expected to be appointed as the new boss of Tottenham Hotspur, and he has already selected many players to boost his club.

As per Sport Mediaset, the ex Chelsea and Inter Milan manager is eager to bring many players to the squad in January.

Duan Vlahovi is one among the players on that list, and according to this report, Fiorentina officials have already contacted with the Tottenham leadership to explore a possible move to the Premier League.

The 21-year-old has had a strong start to the season for the Serie A club, scoring eight goals in 11 games throughout all competitions.

Any move to get the top rated striker from Italy will never be inexpensive, with transfermarkt listing his price at £45 million.

However, with his agreement set to terminate in June 2023, the Florence-based squad may be eager to strike a deal before letting the Serbia international leave for free at the end of next season.

Conte is also a huge fan of Marcelo Brozovi, who is yet to sign a new deal with Inter Milan, with his present deal set to end in June 2022. According to Sport Witness, the Croatia international might be part of a straight swap with Tanguy Ndombele.

Conte is also interested in bringing back some of his previous players, like Stefan De Vrij, Manuel Lazzari, and Alessandro Bastoni.

Calciomercato.  It highlighted the Italian's "extremely specific wishes" and his desire for "major purchases," with Matthijs de Ligt  and Federico Chiesa also on his wishlist.

Several more names are expected to be connected with Spurs in the following weeks, as Conte looks to rebuild his side and stamp his power on the team.

Since after Nuno Espirito Santo was discharged on Monday, the 52-year-old might be officially hired as early as Tuesday.
