Neymar is superior than both Cristiano Ronaldo (Five-time Ballon d'or Winner) and Lionel Messi (Six-time Ballon d'or Winner), former Brazil right-back Cafu said.
The common perception is that, Neymar is one of the finest players in the world, he has yet to reach the level of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, who have Eleven Ballon d'Ors amongst them.
Cafu believes Neymar is more talented than the two footballing legends, but he lacks leadership qualities.

'Neymar is technically superior than Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, but he must take on the role of a leadership,' said the ex AC Milan and Roma right-back to Marca.
I'm not as good as Neymar, but I'm superior than most other right-backs because I've dedicated myself to it.

With his flair and enjoyment but little end product to go for it, the Paris Saint-Germain player has emerged as the inevitable replacement to Ronaldinho.
He has 70 goals for the Brazilian national squad and is close to breaking Pele's Selecao total of 77.
In an interview, the Ex Barcelona player hinted at retiring from international football following the coming year's World Cup, which Cafu regards as a tremendous pity.

I'm not sure what the truth is. Unfortunately, Brazil nowadays lacks idols, and I believe that world football as a whole lacks idols," he said Record.
We have excellent players like Rodrygo and Vincius, however there is no post-Neymar icon in Brazil yet.
It would have been his decision if this happened, and it should be honoured. If they decide to retire well after World Cup in Qatar, Brazil would miss a chance. It would be a pity because he is a rising star in the world of football. I believe he has a lot of wood left to burn.
