Real Madrid Modifies Kylian Mbappe Transfer Strategy In Order To Avoid PSG Anger

Real Madrid are planning to change their strategy in order to acquire Kylian Mbappe, who is just 2 weeks away from signing a contract.

Mbappe's tenure with PSG ends at the conclusion of the season, and it is thought that he would sign with Real Madrid and transfer when his contract with PSG finishes.

The Ligue 1 leaders would also like the player to sign a renewal, but that is becoming less probably as time goes on, and Los Blancos, as well as any other squad outside of France, though it will not be Spurs, can begin trying to negotiate with him in January.

In principle, a team might declare a pre-contract deal at any moment after the commencement of 2022, but sources indicate that Real Madrid is prepared to postpone such announcement.

As per AS, Carlo Ancelotti's management does not want to upset PSG or put extra pressure on Mbappe by publishing any statement until after their Champions League final 16 match.

Under normal conditions, the Spanish titans would release a statement right away, but Monday's draw surely complicates matters.

Acknowledging that Mbappe was set to play face his new side would undoubtedly put more pressure on the event and the player.

The both teams will play in Paris on coming February 15th, and the return leg would be just after 3 weeks on March 9th, thus no announcement will release until that time.

Florentino Perez is said to have done something similar with Bayern Munich and David Alaba previous season, when the 2 European titans clashed in the Champions League.

After the ludicrous antics during the draw, Real and Perez were already irritated by the idea that they would have to meet Mauricio Pochettino's team.

Real Madrid were supposed to play Benfica in the first round, but the draw went horribly wrong, and Manchester United were paired with Villarreal, which was not approved.

When UEFA opted to retake the draw, the 13-time winners desired their match against their Portuguese rivals to stand because it occurred prior to the errors.

However, the European regulatory body determined that the entire draw had to be remade, and Real didn't appear until the very end, when they were paired with Paris-Saint Germain.

Together with Mbappe, Real will be reconnected with previous club captain Sergio Ramos, while top El Clasico tormentor Lionel Messi will return to the Bernabeu.
