After defeating Newcastle United, Cambridge United players were mocked on social media platforms by using Cristiano Ronaldo's 'Siuuu' celebration.
The FA Cup 3rd round shock came from League One Cambridge who're only 4 points up the relegation zone, while Joe Ironside's 56th min scored Premier League Newcastle.
Even with new addition Kieran Trippier in the starting lineup, Eddie Howe's team has only won one match this season in all leagues.
The setback to Cambridge was their most humiliating defeat to date, but some fans were asking for the Americans to give up their triumph after their celebration.

At the end of match, the club shared a clip of their players performing Ronaldo's iconic 'Siuuu' jump in front of the supporters.

While it seemed to be acceptable for a stadium full of Manchester United supporters to imitate the shouting of Ronaldo's celebration as he goals for them, many on the internet deemed it cringey when Cambridge guys did it too.
As a toon fan I had respect for the way they went about their business yesterday...but I hope they get man city in the next round and get absolutely battered after this. Embarrassing🤦

@LaurenceNew can’t believe they’ve been kicked out the cup for this. Correct decision actually.

In their favor, they've simply pulled off their best win of the season, which has no doubt made Newcastle felt even worse about themselves.
Trippier was associate of a full-strength side sent out by Howe, well over a day after moving to the north east from Atletico Madrid.
The previous Tottenham Hotspur RB stated that he moved from La Liga champions to a Premier League relegation zone because he liked a challenge.
The setback to Cambridge only shows how difficult the task will be.
