In Just 12 Minutes Erling Haaland Scored His First Goal For Manchester City, It's The First Of Many

Erling Haaland scored his first goal for Manchester City within only 12 minutes against Bayern Munich at Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Following his absence from City's 2-1 triumph against Club America earlier this week, Haaland was pushed into the action from the start at Lambeau Field against a squad he is extremely familiar with from his spell in the Bundesliga.

And, despite not being involved in the play at first, Manchester City's No.9 was clinical with his first view of goal.
Jack Grealish put it on a plate for the big Norwegian, and while it was an easy finish, you get the idea it's the kind of goal he'll score so often in sky blue.

The game was suspended owing to a lightning storm shortly after Erling Haaland scored at the back post, and both teams players left the pitch.

Due to inclement weather, kick-off was reportedly delayed, and fans were moved back into a crowded area.
As a consequence, the game was limited to an 80-minute contest.
Manager Pep Guardiola stated that Haaland was not participated in City's first friendly owing to "niggles," but that the headline signing is striving towards perfect strength.

He had some issues at Dortmund prior season, although we try and deal with it; it's not a big hassle," Guardiola stated at a press conference.

The 22-year-old has rapidly adjusted in Manchester City, where his father Alf-Inge performed for 3 seasons.

And City's club-record acquisition Grealish believes he will be "unstoppable" once he settles his feet at boyhood club.

"According to the Manchester Evening News, Grealish stated following the club America victory. He's a fantastic person, a genius. We bought a car together the 1st day I met him, and then ride, I thought, 'what a gentleman.

[He's really down to earth and forthright in his approach. You grow accustomed to it. He's looked pretty good in training and will be overpowering when he hits full fitness. I can't wait to play with him and am quite excited about it].
