Erling Haaland's Incredible Sleeping Plan Enabled Him To Score 5 Goals Against RB Leipzig



Erling Haaland kept everybody up on Tuesday night by scoring 5 goals in a Champions League game, and it's all because to his incredible sleep schedule.

Manchester City defeated RB Leipzig in the Champions League knockout round for the 2nd time in history, thanks to their utterly fantastic striker.

His brilliance put him on the short list of players who have received a 10/10 from L'Equipe, that also includes seven time ballon d'or winner Lionel Messi's five-goal performance in a knockout contest in Europe's premier club championship.

To minimize distractions, Haaland sets his smartphone to do not disturb mode for a few minutes before falling asleep, and all electronic gadgets are turned off, which is normally the recommendation we've all been told but most of us disregard.

The City legend also wears an Oura Ring, which tracks quality of sleep, temperature, and heart rate each night.

In addition to all of the highly exact and scientific aspects of his sleep preparation, the former Molde footballer ensures that he gets to bed between 10 and 10.30 p.m. usually nights.
