Erling Haaland of Borussia Dortmund hopes that reports of Chelsea planning a massive bid for him is as just a rumors as he believes "€175 million would be a lot of money for one guy.

The Norwegian wonder is one of the most sought-after attackers in the world, and a £150 million transfer to the European champions has been widely linked this summer.

But he's in Dortmund for pre-season ahead of the Bundesliga season, so he's not too concerned about his future.

In reality, Haaland talked to the media today and stated that he has only had little communication with agent Mino Raiola, as well as giving an honest explanation for why he doesn't want to transfer for such a high sum.

"I hadn't spoken with my agency [in] one month before yesterday," Haaland remarked at Dortmund's training camp.

I'm hoping it's only rumours, because that's a lot of money for one individual to have.

First and foremost, my contract is up in three years.

"I'm having a good time at this place. The trophy, on the other hand, was crucial since that's what I desire."

Last season, the former Red Bull Salzburg striker scored 41 goals in all competitions, including 27 in the Bundesliga, where he was named Player of the Season.

He scored a brace in the final against RB Leipzig to help Dortmund win the DFB Pokal. BVB is gearing up for the new season under Marco Rose, and Haaland is looking forward to it.

"Haaland said, We need to win more games and improve as a unit." Marco Rose is someone I believe in.
