Cristiano Ronaldo Takes Off His Shirt Upon Scoring 95th-Minute Winner

Cristiano Ronaldo removed his shirt to celebrate what he meant was a last-minute victory, just for the score to be overturned.

The Portugal legend went to the bench for Juventus in the opening game versus Udinese and headed home a fantastic cross from Federico Chiesa in the 9th minute of extra time.

After putting Juventus up 3-2, the five-time Ballon d'Or champion stripped off his jersey and was swarmed by his players in some crazy celebrations.

However, a VAR review determined that Ronaldo has been barely offside, therefore the goal was disallowed and the match ended 2-2.

Ronaldo's celebration was in vain, despite the fact that his yellow card remained in effect.
Prior to the game, there was speculation that Ronaldo's exclusion from the opening XI was related to his desire not to start.

According to Fabrizio Romano and Sky Sport Italia, the 36-year-old Ronaldo wants to leave club prior to the actual transfer window shuts this month.

However no official offer has been made to Juventus, Ronaldo is said to be confident of receiving one.

Nevertheless, Juventus vice-president Pavel Nedved denied the report and stated that Ronaldo will not be quitting Turin real soon.

“We must not attempt to generate exciting stories where none exist,” the 2003 Ballon d'Or champion said DAZN.

Normally, ronaldo is not in peak condition at the beginning of the season. The coach is attempting to choose the best possible lineup at this time; for particular, Giorgio Chiellini is already on the side.

I can affirm that Cristiano will continue at Juventus for the remainder of the season.
