A Liverpool Star Diogo Jota Had To Withdraw From FIFA 22 Tournament, Scored Brace Against Southampton

A Liverpool Star and a Portuguese professional footballer Diogo Jota had to withdraw from a FIFA 22 international qualifier Saturday afternoon in order to participate in the Premier League for Liverpool against Southampton at Anfield.

The Portuguese forward scored twice in the 1st half in Liverpool's 4-0 win over Southampton, bringing his Premier League goal count this season to seven.

Jota is presently in good form, and it's difficult to see how Roberto Firmino will reclaim his place in Jurgen Klopp's starting lineup when he comes back from injury.

Jota is a skilled gamer who secured the inaugural ePremier League invitational tournament in April 2020, defeating current colleague Trent Alexander-Arnold in the final.

Diogo Jota have achieved No.1 rank on FIFA 21

While out injured in February, he had become FIFA's top-ranked player in the world, which is quite an accomplishment.

Diogo, the Portugal international, said in the game chat: "I can't play thus I shall miss check in," according to Twitter user @Lyamooo_.

But, the former Wolves forward told his opponent of his unwillingness to play in online communications.

DiogoJota18' remarked, I can't play therefore I will miss check in, prompting the FIFA player to wish him good in his real-life game and receive a thank you.

It was the most viable reason, given Jota's busy schedule as a professional player for one of the league's top clubs.

Even though he didn't have to continue doing business with the controller, Jota excelled in the 3 p.m. kick-off on Merseyside, scoring a first-half brace.

He celebrated his 1st goal, which came after only 97 seconds, by sitting on the ground and impersonating himself playing on his PlayStation.
The ex-Porto player has his own e-sports squad, which boasts about his FIFA successes - including a 99-pro card - on its social media accounts.

What a champion!
