Jurgen Klopp, Solskjaer, Mourinho: The Ranking Managers From 'The Very Best' To 'Sacked In The Morning'

There is no other employment in the world where tens of thousands of people are asking for you to be "Sacked in the Morning" after several weeks of poor performance.

But it is the fact for managers at the top-level.

After a series of defeats, some fans will always demand that the manager be sacked.

But don't feel so bad for them.

They are paid a ludicrous amount of money each week, and when they are dismissed, they are frequently given millions in compensation.

The Premier League has seen a lot of manager speculation recently. Nuno Espirito Santo, Daniel Farke and  Dean Smith have all been fired following disappointing starts to the season.

However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keeping his...for the time being.

Nonetheless, enough of managers getting fired.  We'd like to focus on people that are truly special in their field.

But, currently, who is the world's best?

We've got our reputation on the line by utilizing Tiermaker to classify some of the top gaffers. It wasn't simple, and we're sure plenty of you will argue with us.

So, without further ado, here's what you need to know:

Sacked In The Morning

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Solskjaer may be under pressure at Old Trafford after Manchester United's emphatic defeat to Manchester City on last Saturday. Most of the United supporters have had enough and are calling on the management board to take action. Despite being classified in the 'Sacked In The Morning' class, it appears that the Norwegian is safe for the time being...

Nothing Special

Laurent Blanc
Luciano Spalletti
Simone Inzaghi
Rafa Benitez
Marcelo Bielsa
Marco Rose
Massimiliano Allegri
Manuel Pellegrini
Stefano Pioli
Niko Kovac
All of this is, in a way, relative.

It's crucial to realize that when we say 'Nothing Special' we're referring to some of the top managers in the game. The ten managers listed are all outstanding in their own way, but they may not be able to manage the world's finest teams right now.

Past It
Jose Mourinho

This season, Mourinho has gone totally Mourinho in Italy. After failing to flourish at Tottenham, the Portuguese coach must now triumph at Roma. But things aren't going as planned, as they are currently 13 points behind the top, and they recently lost 6-1 to Norwegian club Bodo/Glimt in the Europa Conference League.

Decent
Brendan Rodgers
Mikel Arteta
Diego Simeone
Unai Emery
Julian Nagelsmann
Julen Lopetegui
Maurizio Sarri
Jesse Marsch

Eight excellent managers, perhaps just under the 'Elite' bosses.

Rodgers has done an excellent job at Leicester and has been connected with the Manchester United job this weekend.

Arteta is quite making Arsenal playing exactly how he wants them right now, but while he hasn't earned much as a manager, we believe he has a lot of promise.

Simeone may not be widely adored, but he has done an outstanding job at Atletico Madrid.

Emery's image has greatly grown since being sacked by Arsenal, as he led Villarreal to Europa League success last season.

Nagelsmann is only 34 years old and excelled in command of Hoffenheim and RB Leipzig before taking over at Bayern Munich.

Lopetegui has recovered from an eventful 2018, in which he quit Spain's national team on the eve of the World Cup and signed Real Madrid, where he stayed only 14 games. He is now in command of Sevilla.

Sarri achieved the Europa League with Chelsea before claiming the Serie A title with Juventus. He is currently at Lazio.

Marsch is a Red Bull worker, having worked for the New York Red Bulls, Red Bull Salzburg, but now RB Leipzig.

Elite

Mauricio Pochettino
Carlo Ancelotti
Gian Piero Gasperini
Antonio Conte
Erik ten Hag

The managers of PSG, Real Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur,  Atalanta, and Ajax are all in the 'Elite' group.

Pochettino may not have achieved many titles in his career, but there is no question that he is a wonderful manager who will achieve big things.

From a coach who has earned very little to a manager who has won everything - Ancelotti. Juventus,  Chelsea, PSG, AC Milan, Real Madrid, Napoli, Bayern Munich, Everton... Ancelotti's resume talks for itself.

You might be amazed to see Gasperini's moniker in this tier, but despite not getting anything, the 63-year-old has performed marvelously at Atalanta. The team has one of the poorest budgets in the league, yet he has built them as troops in the Champions League.

Conte has undoubtedly taken on the most difficult job of his career at Spurs, but considering his past success, we believe he's more than capable of succeeding in north London. What a success for the team.

Ten Hag, the manager of Ajax, has been connected to almost every important position that comes along, and it wouldn't be surprising if Manchester United are interested in him.

World Class

Thomas Tuchel
Pep Guardiola

Last season's Champions League final pitted Chelsea and Manchester City coaches against each other, with Tuchel triumphing over Guardiola.

Guardiola is better to Tuchel in every aspect of his career, although they are both currently in the tier behind another Premier League manager...

The Very Best

Jurgen Klopp

Jurgen Klopp has truly transformed Liverpool fans from "doubters to believers."

He's converted a mediocre team into Premier League and Champions League victors on a shoestring budget. The football he has Liverpool playing is breathtaking at times, and he'll go down in team history.

The Final Ranking
As a result, Klopp is named 'The Very Best' manager in the world, while the manager of Liverpool's rivals is dubbed 'Sacked In The Morning.'
If Manchester United do pull trigger on Ole, Ed Woodward and co. only have to glance at our rankings to see how many quality players there are in the game right now.
However, given recent events in the Premier League, don't be shocked if a couple of the names listed are put under pressure if they have a few poor results.

Who would want to be a manager, eh?
