Manchester City and Newcastle United battled to a six-goal thriller in a superb advertisement for the Premier League.

Newcastle and Manchester City tied 3-3 at St James' Park on Sunday.

Only five minutes into the game, Ilkay Gundogan scored a close-range goal for the visitors to lead 1-0.

After Allan Saint-Maximin's pick in the 28th minute, Miguel Almiron managed to tie the score.

The superb French winger then picked Callum Wilson, who scored without making a mistake in front of goal to give his team the lead before halftime.

To extend their lead in the 2nd half, Kieran Trippier scored an incredible free kick.
The Blues, on the other hand, responded spectacularly, scoring 2 goals in the span of 4 minutes.

After getting into the right position, Erling Haaland scored his third league goal of the year to restore equality.

Then, Kevin De Bruyne sliced a crazy pass to set up Bernardo Silva, who converted to tie the score at 3-3.
The second-place club in the standings is Pep Guardiola's squad, which has dropped points for the first time this year.

Eddie Howe's team is currently in 6th place and has not lost in any of its first three league games.
