Cristiano Ronaldo's Agent Will Meet With Man City Today To Discuss Transfer

Cristiano Ronaldo's adviser is intended to attend with Manchester City executives this week to offer a massive deal to capture the Portuguese superstar.

The Juventus striker's £25.5 million-per-year agreement alone has 10 months left on it, and his career in Turin is far from guaranteed.

But now, in an amazing set of circumstances, Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes is expected to meet with City officials to propose them the opportunity to recruit the 5 Ballon d'Or winner, as per sources in Italy.

Cristiano, who is reaching the age of thirty-seven, has been associated with a comeback to Real Madrid move to PSG to join other Six-time Ballon d'Or winner Lionel Messi.

However, on Tuesday night, Ronaldo used social network to put an end to any transfer news by publishing a detailed message on Instagram.

During his tirade, the Juve forward slammed the media for associating him with a slew of clubs, even calling the rumor "disrespectful," before reasserting his commitment to his profession.

It arises when Corriere dello Sport in Italy reported that Mendes pitched the Manchester United icon to their noisy neighbors.

Last Thursday, the same source stated that Mendes "won't give up" on Ronaldo joining the club, and that he may even come to Manchester to fight for his point.

Pep Guardiola would be wary of acquiring a new striker even before transfer season closes in about under 2 weeks, even though City are no closer to getting Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur.

With 29 scores in Serie A last season, Ronaldo will bring the same hope of scoring as Kane did.

Cristiano has recorded 101 goals in about 133 games in all competitions throughout his 3 years at Juventus - proving that age is only a number.

However, Ronaldo's iconic position at Old Trafford would be shattered if he moved to the blue side of Manchester.

And, so far, this transfer window has seen a number of unusual deals, so perhaps this is the most weird of them as well? Keep an eye on this.
